Ingredients
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 banana
- 3-4 tbsp plain greek yogurt
- 1 tsp hemp or chia seeds
- 4-5 leaves fresh mint
- 3 tbsp berry juice
- water (to desired consistency)
Servings: Serving
Instructions
- Place blueberries, banana, greek yogurt, seeds, mint and juice in blender or magic bullet
- Add enough water to create desired consistency e.g. I add 3 Tbsp water since I enjoy thicker smoothies.
- Blend, pour into your favorite glass and enjoy as part of your breakfast.
