In a frying pan sautee rinsed beans with tomato sauce at med-high heat. Add salt, pepper, turmeric, cumin, cayenne and paprika and simmer for 5-8 minutes. If mixture appears very dry, add a little more tomato sauce. Adjust spices to taste.
Turn off heat and mash beans with potato masher. Mix in optional chopped cilantro
Prepare wrap by spreading beans on half of a wrap. Layer with optional mashed or thinly sliced avocado. Add shredded cheese and fold wrap to create 1/2 moon shape
Place wrap in heated frying pan at medium heat to melt cheese. Heat each side until golden brown and crisp on the outside
Cut into triangles and serve with salsa, greek yogurt and a side salad
