(or mixture of any seeds)

Instructions
Place banana in bowl. Add small amount of milk and mash with fork for even distribution of banana flavor throughout oatmeal. Alternatively, banana can be sliced if preferred
Add oats, cinnamon, raisins and remaining milk to bowl. Stir
Microwave for 2 minutes or until oats soften
Top with walnuts, almonds, seeds and coconut
