plain rolled oats

unsweetened coconut

berries
(frozen)

plain greek yogurt or alternative

skim, soy, coconut, or cashew milk

natural almond or peanut butter

almonds
(chopped or slivered)

hemp, chia, or Qi’a mix seeds

Instructions
Toast oats and coconut on pan in oven at 380 degrees F until coconut is golden brown (approximately 5 minutes)
Place berries, yogurt, milk, and almond butter in blender and blend until smooth
Place berry puree into a bowl, add toasted oats and coconut, top with chopped almonds, seeds, sliced banana and a few fresh berries if desired
