Ingredients

blueberries

banana

plain greek yogurt

hemp or chia seeds

leaves
fresh mint

tbsp
berry juice
water
(to desired consistency)
Instructions
Place blueberries, banana, greek yogurt, seeds, mint and juice in blender or magic bullet
Add enough water to create desired consistency e.g. I add 3 Tbsp water since I enjoy thicker smoothies.
Blend, pour into your favorite glass and enjoy as part of your breakfast.
