Ingredients
  • 1/2cup blueberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 3-4tbsp plain greek yogurt
  • 1tsp hemp or chia seeds
  • 4-5leaves fresh mint
  • 3tbsp berry juice
  • water(to desired consistency)
Instructions
  1. Place blueberries, banana, greek yogurt, seeds, mint and juice in blender or magic bullet
  2. Add enough water to create desired consistency e.g. I add 3 Tbsp water since I enjoy thicker smoothies.
  3. Blend, pour into your favorite glass and enjoy as part of your breakfast.
