Ingredients
  • 3/4 banana
  • 1cup skim or 1% milk(or dairy alternative)
  • 1/4cup quick or rolled oats
  • 1tbsp hemp, chia, or flax seeds(or Qia seed mixture)
  • 1tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2tbsp natural peanut butter
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in blender in the order listed
  2. Blend very well and enjoy!
Recipe Notes

If a cooler temperature smoothie is desired, frozen banana can be used.
If thinner consistency is desired, use 1/2 banana and 2-3 tbsp oats instead.
